Our managing partner, Mario Pomares, will be giving a lecture at the OHIM IP Seminar 2012 with his presentation “PROTECTION GRANTED BY GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS AND COMMUNITY TRADEMARKS”.
This eleven day event that will contain seminars on absolute grounds, opposition, case law and counterfeiting will be attended by members of 38 International IP Offices from non EU- countries, among them Canada, Tunisia, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Norway or China.
