Camilo Sessano Goenaga joined Berenguer & Pomares in September 2015 as a lawyer.
For nine years (between 2006 and 2015) he rendered services as a legal assistant at the Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He has also worked as a jurist in the Opposition Divisions of the EUIPO.

Curriculum
He is the author of several doctrinal articles published in specialised journals in the field of EU trade marks and criminal law.
He has authored several papers in the field of the EU Trade marks and in the field of the Criminal Law, which have been published in specialized magazines.
He is iuris doctor (PhD) in Law from the University of Murcia, graduate in Law from the University of Valencia and holds a Master’s Degree ML/LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Society Law from the University of Alicante (Magister Lucentinus).
Between 2003-2005, he has been a Law researcher and Post Doctorate (PhD) fellow at the Universitá degli Studi di Bologna. Between 1999-2003, he has been a Law researcher, lecturer and pre-Doctorate fellow in Criminal Law at the University of Murcia.
