Curriculum
She started her career with an internship at the Intellectual Property Department of a prestigious international firm, based in Madrid and Barcelona.
Later, she joined the Technology Transfer Office of the Miguel Hernandez University of Elche as a legal advisor, with the main functions of providing advice on protection and transfer of research results, as well as the drafting and negotiation of consortium agreements in projects run with European funds.
She holds a degree in Law and a degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences from the University Miguel Hernández of Elche, as well as a Master’s Degree ML/LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Society Law – Magister Lvcentinvs from the University of Alicante (Spain), during which she participated in the European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN).
She was one of the students granted by the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) to study the Specialization course on “European and Spanish Competition Law” imparted by said institution and the Complutense University of Madrid.
At the end of her studies in Law she was awarded with the 5 Stars Universitary Student Prize and the Social Council Prize in the category of students, for which the criteria valued is, in addition to the mark of the academic register, experience, professional skills, European dimension of the curriculum and social involvement.
