Tomás Barber Giner

Tomás Barber joins Berenguer & Pomares in 2012 and has, since then, taken part in civil, criminal and administrative procedures on intellectual property matters.

Curriculum

During his academic period he completed his education with an internship in the Litigation area of one of the leading Spanish law firms.

Tomás holds a degree in Law from the University of Alicante.

Likewise, he holds a Master’s Degree ML/LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Society Law – Magister Lvcentinvs from the University of Alicante (Spain). During his master year, Tomás took part of several European research networks in this field, such as the European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN) and the OHIM Universities Network, where he presented his master thesis.

He has taken part of the teaching team in specialization courses on Intellectual Property and has authored several publications in this field.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Alicante as well as of the Young Lawyers Association.
