Alejandra Castañeda joined Berenguer & Pomares for the first time in 2008 as part of her professional training, participating in civil and administrative procedures. In 2015 she rejoined Berenguer & Pomares as part of the team of lawyers.

Curriculum
She began her professional career in 2003 as an associate lawyer in the Intellectual Property area of Estudio Olaechea in Lima (Peru).
In 2009 she joined Llona & Bustamante Abogados, also in Lima (Peru), as head of the Industrial and Intellectual Property department.
She collaborates with international projects giving lectures on Industrial and Intellectual Property matters, usually related to Latin America.
She holds a degree in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has also completed the Master’s Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property at the University of Alicante – Magister Lvcentinvs (ML/LLM) during which she has been part of the European research network European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN).
She has also completed the Master in Management Development, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching at EAE Business School – Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya.
